TIDEWATER SANDALS INTRODUCES PASSION-FILLED 2022 PRODUCT LINE
New Patterns, Colors, Expanded Men’s and Popular Slide Styles
Winston-Salem, NC: Tidewater Sandals today announced its new line of comfort-meets-style sandals and flip flops for 2022. This updated collection of approx. 100 styles keeps Tidewater on its mission to provide new designs for its returning loyal customers and to attract new customers with products that meet trends in consumer passions and personal interests.
“We love our original coastal-themed designs, which will always be part of our product mix – flamingos and mermaids remain very popular”, said Micheal Smith, the owner of Tidewater Sandals since 2020. “But with requests by our consumers to add even more variety, we’ve added whimsical designs that, based on our latest research, meet current trends and consumer interests. Lots of animals, including cats, elephants, tigers, even chimpanzees, as well as leopard patterns and camouflage - both very popular fashion trends.” Other fun designs in the new line include “Patriotic Pops,” featuring popsicles and ice cream cones, “Moose Lodge”, a larger offering of men’s shoes and a variety of sports themes: tennis, golf, roller skating, fishing and hot air ballooning.
The new Tidewater Sandals line also includes more styles. In addition to the popular “Boardwalk” flip flops, fringed “Westport” and braided rope strap “Nantucket”, there is a new “Sandbridge” style with twisted vegan leather straps, “Wedges” with a higher heel, and “Slides” designs with padded buckle top straps.
“Tidewater Sandals are different from other flip flop lines,” said Carrie O’Sullivan, Director of Sales for the company. “All-day comfort is our ultimate goal, so our shoes feature compressed EVA cushioning and contoured footbeds, arch support, soft toe pieces, non-slip surfaces and padded straps - all that at a medium price-point.
